Why consider going digital first in IR?

The most frequent question I typically hear from listed companies is:

- How to get our equity story delivered to investors?

This is the same question that popped up when I was working as IR in a small cap company and the same questions that frequently, or almost every time came across when working as IR consultant for companies.

Often, when thinking about IR, we typically tend to think about larger companies with whom brokers are actively working with road shows and meetings.

However, the concerns of small & mid-cap companies can be totally different. Typically with limited communications & IR resources and scarcity of top management’s time, running IR activities can be time-consuming and expensive. Or does it have to be?

Let’s understand this. The world of investor communications has changed. The investor is as close to as is your nearest colleague, customer or peer. Instead of listening to analysts’ recommendations, more and more investors do their own information digging and make their own analysis. In today’s world, there is so much to utilize in the world of digital communications.

This is our aim. To provide an independent and lively virtual option - for you.

This is when Blue Berry Share steps in.
